Work for Waifs and Strays society

Freeman did “Sundry works for Church of England Waifs and Strays society”. One of these was in Rochdale; it is not known if there were others, but his house (112-114 Radcliffe Road, Haulgh, Bolton) became a home for the society in 1907 after his death in 1904. It was not mentioned in his will.
